(1) Helping You Become Our Member and Account Management
When registering on IC Trading Network, you are registering as a Chuangxin One Account member. Chuangxin One Account: An account management tool for the Chuangxin Online Technology Group platform. Users only need one account and one set of passwords to easily achieve single sign-on for accounts on platforms under the Chuangxin Online Technology Group.
(1) Free Membership Services
We provide services to you based on IC Trading Network. When you register through the IC Trading Network platform, you need to provide us with at least your mobile phone number and password. If you refuse to provide the above information, you will not be able to register an IC Trading Network account and can only use browsing services.
To ensure that we are providing services to you personally, we may verify your identity based on the above information you provide.
(2) Buyer/Supplier Membership Services
Member Benefits: If you apply to become a buyer/supplier member, you need to provide the following additional information to complete your profile: your company name, company type, company address, contact person. We can also provide you with special membership services.
Special Note: If you apply to become a supplier member, you need to actively provide us with identity information and/or enterprise-related information for verification, registration, publication of your identity qualification, and other purposes we clearly inform you of.
If you already have an IC Trading Network platform account, we may display the above personal information you provided in the IC Trading Network platform services, as well as the actions you performed on the IC Trading Network platform or in products and services associated with your IC Trading Network platform account (you can use the products or services provided by us and/or affiliated companies through the link entries or other product/service entries provided by the IC Trading Network platform on our website or client applications), including displaying your company information and contact details through your IC Trading Network platform account. We will respect your choices regarding IC Trading Network platform services and IC Trading Network platform account settings.
(2) Service Information
Based on platform operations, IC Trading Network sends various notifications, system messages, and receives station letters to your email address or mobile phone number.
(3) Providing You with Information Publication Functions
You can publish product, store, and related information as a seller through the enterprise homepage management, comments, and other information publishing functions we provide. We respect and protect your settings regarding whether to publish information and the scope of publication.
Please note that the information you publish publicly may involve your or others' personal information, even sensitive personal information, such as your contact details and company address. Please consider more carefully whether to share or even publicly share such information when using our services. If the information you publish publicly involves others' personal information, you need to obtain their consent before publishing.
(4) Customer Service and Dispute Resolution
When you contact us or submit a transaction dispute handling application, to ensure the security of your account and our system, we need you to provide necessary personal information to verify your membership identity.
To facilitate contact with you, help you solve problems as soon as possible, or record the handling plans and results of related issues, we may save your communications and correspondence/call records with us and related content (including account information, order information, other information you provide to prove relevant facts, or contact information you leave).

2. External Provision of Information
2.1 Sharing
We will not share your personal information with any company, organization, or individual outside IC Trading Network, except in the following circumstances:
(1) With your prior explicit consent or authorization;
(2) As required by laws, regulations, or mandatory requirements of administrative or judicial authorities;
(3) Within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, when it is necessary to provide to protect the interests, property, or safety of IC Trading Network, its affiliates or partners, you, other IC Trading Network users, or the public from damage;
(4) Only by sharing your personal information can we achieve the core functions of our products and/or services or provide the services you need;
(5) To handle disputes or controversies between you and others at your request;
(6) As agreed in relevant agreements signed with you (including electronically signed agreements and corresponding platform rules) or other legal documents;
(7) Used based on social public interests or public health emergencies that comply with laws and regulations.
2.2 Entrusted Processing
We may authorize partners to process your personal information to provide you with corresponding products or services. However, we will only share your personal information for legal, legitimate, necessary, specific, and clear purposes, and will only share personal information necessary to provide products or services. If our partners use your personal information for purposes we have not entrusted, they will separately obtain your consent.
Our partners include the following types:

3.1 For personal information security, IC Trading Network uses encryption technology to enhance the security of personal information; we use trusted protection mechanisms to prevent personal information from malicious attacks; we set up access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized personnel can access personal information; and we strengthen employees' awareness of the importance of protecting personal information.
3.2 You should pay attention to your personal information, for example: use complex passwords, do not leak or lend your account information, and do not easily use channels other than IC Trading Network for operations. If you find that your personal information, especially your account or password, has been leaked, please contact us immediately so that we can take corresponding measures based on your application.
3.3 After the unfortunate occurrence of a personal information security incident, we will inform you in accordance with legal requirements: the basic situation of the security incident and its possible impact, the measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for you to prevent and reduce risks independently, and remedies for you. We will inform you of the relevant situation by letter, phone, etc. When it is difficult to inform each personal information subject individually, we will adopt reasonable and effective methods to issue announcements. At the same time, we will also report the handling of personal information security incidents to regulatory authorities as required.
3.4 For reasonable requests from customers, IC Trading Network原则上 does not charge fees, but for repeated requests beyond reasonable limits, we may charge certain costs depending on the situation. For groundlessly repetitive requests, requests requiring excessive technical means (e.g., requiring the development of new systems or fundamental changes to current practices), requests that pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or very impractical requests, we may refuse. IC Trading Network has certain review rights over customer information. If the information provided by the customer does not match the verification materials, it has the right to modify and delete it after notifying the customer to ensure the security and reliability of IC Trading Network information.
4. Personal Information Management
4.1 View, Correct, Supplement: You can log in to IC Trading Network to view, correct, and supplement your information, including account information, address information, etc.
4.2 You can change the scope of your authorization for us to continue collecting personal information or withdraw your authorization by deleting information. You can also withdraw all authorizations for us to continue collecting your personal information by canceling your account.
Please understand that each business function requires some basic personal information to be completed. When you withdraw your consent or authorization, we can no longer provide you with the services corresponding to the withdrawn consent or authorization, and we will no longer process your corresponding personal information. However, your decision to withdraw consent or authorization will not affect the previous personal information processing based on your authorization.
4.3 Information Deletion: You can directly clear or delete your personal information on our IC Trading Network pages, such as inquiry and quotation information, product information, etc.
Under the following circumstances, you can request us to delete personal information:
(1) If our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations;
(2) If we collect and use your personal information without your explicit consent;
(3) If our processing of personal information seriously violates our agreement with you;
(4) If you no longer use our products or services, or you actively cancel your account;
(5) If we no longer provide you with products or services permanently.
If we decide to respond to your deletion request, we will also notify the entities that obtained your personal information from us as much as possible and require them to delete it in a timely manner (unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations, or these entities have independently obtained your authorization).
After you or we assist you in deleting relevant information, due to applicable laws and security technology, we may not be able to immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system. We will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until the backup can be cleared or anonymized.
4.4 Account Cancellation: Cancellation means canceling your Chuangxin One Account membership. After cancellation, products/services that support login with Chuangxin Online Technology Group accounts (including but not limited to websites and mobile terminals of platforms such as IC Trading Network, Chuangxin Testing, Chuangxin Academy, etc.) will not be able to use this account. Once your account is canceled, it cannot be recovered. If you need to cancel, please contact IC Trading customer service to assist you.
